When Ingeus first approached Wire they were a small welfare-to-work provider with a couple of offices in London. Over the following seven years Wire worked extensively across every area and level of the business to improve their image and help them grow. We focused our attention on identity, digital strategy, delivery, internal communications and brand.
The company has grown to become the largest provider of welfare–to-work services in the UK with over 80 offices and 1,600 employees helping over 200,000 people into work. The company now has operations in 10 countries and has become part of the US based Providence Service Corporations Group.
