Wire identity
We often get asked about the origins of the symbols we use for our identity. Are they flowers? Are the snowflakes? Actually, they are cross sections of wire cables. Warrington is also fondly known as the ‘Wire’ due to its manufacturing history and we thought these symbols would well represent our history, a sense of place and suggest the characteristics of innovation, creativity and hard work that Wire exemplifies. They also look nice.
